What form of transpiration do you use daily and why?
I usually go to school and go back home walking. It usually takes me 40 minutes to reach school. I don’t like to use buses or cars, they make me very dizzy, but sometime I have to go by bus if I have to, especially if I am going to be for the class late.
Walking is something very important to me, I do it daily. I am a person who has to do a physical activity to keep me focused. A simple example, in class I have to move my hand and doodle, it really helps me to hear the lecture completely without being an absent minded . Normally a big part of my thinking process happens while I am walking. So it keeps me refresh, focused, calm, and keep me fit . With the life style I have right now as a student, sitting long hours in school takes part of my energy so I have to balance it with walking. From a young age I am used to do a physical exercise every day. It’s an alternative exercise for going to the gym.
 I don’t mind to walk more than 4 hours. That’s why I love San Francisco for the ability to walk freely.
